States with Highest & Lowest Midterm Voter Turnout Since 1980
Since 1980, the states with the highest midterm voter turnout percentages were #Alaska (61.52% in 1982), #NorthDakota (60.49% in 1986) and #Minnesota (60.29% in 1982).
