Razor-thin Margin Decides Wisconsin House Race

In the 1968 Wisconsin House of Representatives election for District 25, official count showed a margin of 3 votes for Joseph Looby over Wilmer Waters, but it was 1 after a recount. A case was filed with the circuit court, where the judge declared the margin was two votes (6,523-6,521). #VotingMatters #2018Midterms #Wisconsin
