2020 Every Vote Elections – eNewsletter #1

eNewsletter #1 – Elections are the lifeblood of democracy and all votes matter! In 2020, all U.S. House seats and one third of the U.S. Senate are once again up for grabs – elections that will continue to shape federal policy-making in a host of critical areas including healthcare, education, the economy, defense and the environment. Some contests are expected to be lop-sided and obviously many don’t occur in our own jurisdictions, leaving some of us to wonder how we can make a difference. However, the balance of power in Capitol Hill is often determined by a number of “toss-up” races and even if one doesn’t live in a toss-up state or district, everyone can help decide their outcomes from coast to coast.
